The Video 20 Speed Balance fluid head with a 100mm bowl fitting handles our full range of Sony and Panasonic professional camcorders, taking a payload of up to 20kg. The combined head and legs weight of around 13kg makes the system relatively portable and ideal for cameramen constantly on the move.
The head is supplied with a Sachtler Speed Lock CF HD two-stage tripod, which comes with a mid-level spreader. These tough but extremely lightweight carbon fibre legs feature Sachtler’s patented Speed Lock clamping system, allowing operators to easily adjust height in seconds.
The Video 18P fluid head is similar to the Video 20 but is of slightly lighter weight construction. It has a 100mm bowl fitting and is suitable for our full Sony and Panasonic camcorder range, taking a payload of up to 18kg. It is supplied with a Sachtler Speed Lock CF HD tripod with mid-level spreader.
The smaller DV 8 fluid head has all the functionality of the larger heads but is more compact and lighter weight with a 75mm bowl fitting. Supplied with a Sachtler Speed Lock CF two-stage carbon fibre tripod, this provides the ideal support for the Sony PMW-EX3 and other smaller cameras.
