If you haven’t already worked with us there are a few things we’ll need to know about you first..
Terms Of Hire
ID
We’ll need to see a valid photo ID (driving licence or passport).
Proof Of Address
1x Bank statement with your name/company name and address on.
1x Other official bill or tax letter with your name/company name and address on.
Insurance
All kit hired out needs to be insured by you. A valid Hired in Equipment Insurance Cover Note needs to be supplied covering the dates from collection of kit or delivery through to the kit returned to our office or collected by us.
Trade References
We require the names and contact details of two relevant hire companies you’ve used recently. These should be established, UK based camera, lighting or grip hire companies that you or your company have directly hired equipment from.
Account Application
Below you will find an account application form, which needs to be submitted and approved prior to any hire agreement. We also require payment up front for first time hires.
